  3. We arrange a session

    If it feels like we're a good fit, we'll arrange your first counselling session.

Before your first session

It's okay to feel nervous.

Many people tell me they felt unsure before reaching out.

That's completely normal.

There's no expectation to know exactly what to say.

Our first conversation is simply an opportunity to understand what brings you here and explore whether counselling feels like the right next step.
